About SOLIHA Vienne
SOLIHA Vienne is a non-profit organization that provides support to homeowners and landlords in improving their living conditions. We are seeking a professional to assist local authorities in developing their housing policies and accompany property owners in their applications for subsidies.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate operations in collaboration with local authorities and property owners.
- Manage a Program of General Interest in Housing and a Programmed Operation for Housing Improvement (OPAH).
- Support property owners in preparing their projects related to housing (seniors, seasonal residents, young people, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of housing policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
