Unlock Your Potential as a Technical Recruiter
At Datadog, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies approach talent acquisition. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying top Frontend Software Engineers to join our Engineering team across EMEA.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and assess talent to ensure their qualifications match our open roles
- Partner with sourcing to drive talent mapping and market intelligence, informing our prospecting efforts
- Collaborate with Engineering Leaders to strategically plan for hiring across multiple products and organizations
- Develop and execute strategies to build and fill active and passive talent pipelines
- Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting strategies, market movements, and company changes
- Ensure candidates and hiring managers have an exceptional interview experience
About You:
- You're autonomous and able to work independently on multiple positions
- You have experience selling value propositions and negotiating with candidates
- You're skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
- You're able to navigate an ever-changing process and prioritize work effectively
- You're fluent in English and have expertise in data-driven decision-making
