About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team at Worldline. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns that drive results and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Define and build Ad-Hoc marketing campaigns to captivate our international public and drive revenue.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize our eCRM (Pardot) to build marketing communications and nurture leads that will feed the pipeline.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and enforce improvements to our existing marketing tools and manage lead generation campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Build a bridge between marketing teams and sales teams to ensure all activities are aligned.
  • Data Analysis: Identify how AI can improve our current way of working and our existing communication, and become an expert in finding the right data, analyzing it, and translating it into a story.
Requirements
  • Passion for Marketing Growth: You are passionate about supporting marketing growth in a multicultural team and global environment.
  • Team Player: You are a team player, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: You have good communication skills (written and oral) in English. French or any other language is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Organizational Skills: You are well organized and able to prioritize your work.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: You have a strong interest in digital marketing and possess a creative mindset.
  • Marketing Automation Experience: You have some experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot is a plus but not mandatory).
