Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Sales to join our team at Hyatt International. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales Department and working closely with other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Sales Department to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
