Job Title: Head of Sales Performance

At RIDE, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Performance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our commercial space business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with our Launch Mission department to ensure seamless execution of launch services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Manage and optimize our sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the space industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
