Head of Sales Performance

As the Head of Sales Performance at Ridespace, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and optimizing its business strategy. This strategic position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and expand Ridespace's customer base.
- Lead a team of business developers and account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the Launch Mission department to ensure seamless execution of launch services and develop closing strategies.
- Manage bids for commercial and institutional launches, identifying opportunities for launch services and launch opportunities.
- Recruit and manage a high-performing business team, delivering results-driven sales and business development initiatives.
- Attend international exhibitions and events to establish Ridespace's presence in the space industry.
- Deliver business excellence and performance to the Executive Board, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- 5-10 years of experience in business-oriented roles, with a strong background in sales, business development, and team management.
- At least 1 experience related to space launches (sales of services or systems closely associated with a space launch).
- A well-developed network in the space industry, including launchers, satellite operators, and satellite manufacturers.
- Previous experience in team management and leadership.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory), with knowledge of French a plus.
