We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Financial Controller at CHU de Limoges. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing financial oversight and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tools to ensure adherence to both quantitative and qualitative monitoring standards,
- Formulate strategic action plans to mitigate the escalation of expenditures,
- Oversee, transmit, and safeguard pharmaceutical revenue information,
- Engage in internal agreements with healthcare professionals regarding prescription practices,
- Prepare data extractions for international billing frameworks,
- Consolidate and assess procurement performance metrics.
- Collaborate on the deployment of the MDA tool for GHT,
- Create monitoring tools for evaluating acquisition performance,
- Calculate and scrutinize procurement performance metrics,
- Conduct cost assessments in partnership with procurement specialists,
- Coordinate the formulation and oversight of the Territory Purchasing and Logistics Action Plan,
- Centralize intra-community VAT and manage the DEB filing process,
- Monitor projected indirect charges for EHPAD and USLD budgets,
- Supervise budget tracking for Annex Budgets.
