Join SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Inside Sales Representative for our Alamut portfolio of products across Europe. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow with a dynamic company. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities to support the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound management and outbound outreach (calls, email, use of Salesforce CRM and other enablement software)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Manage renewals and up-sell opportunities within our Alamut portfolio of products
  • Develop sales outreach strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience within an inside sales or volume sales environment, ideally with technical, scientific or software product
  • Technical knowledge of Bioinformatics, Diagnostic sequencing or Genomics and an active interest to move into a commercial/sales role
  • Fluency in both English and French, and any other languages are highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with new individuals, listening to needs and quickly build relationships
  • Organisation is key, and you will be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast and methodical manner
  • Previous exposure to CRM or Business Software (I.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is really useful, but as long as you bring computer literacy (Outlook, Word etc) everything is coachable
