Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Specialist Solutions Workplace pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente de solutions complexes dans le domaine de Workplace.

Votre environnement :

En tant que Sales Specialist Solutions Workplace, vous ferez partie de l'équipe « Solution » de plus de 50 personnes et aurez la responsabilité de mener les actions commerciales sur les métiers relevant de votre ligne de business.

Vos missions :

  • Au quotidien, vous travaillez en étroite relation avec l'équipe commerciale qui vous sollicite dès la phase d'identification d'opportunités pour la vente de solutions complexes ou de transformation digitale à fort enjeux chez nos clients.
  • Chargé(e) de la qualification de ces opportunités, vous orientez le client dans ses choix et définissez la stratégie de réponse des offres dont vous êtes responsable.
  • Vous accompagnez et prenez en charge les réponses à des RFI/RFP. Vous êtes garant(e) de la pertinence des réponses et de la signature des contrats.
  • Pour cela, vous utilisez votre capacité à fédérer une équipe composée de plusieurs acteurs (architectes, consultants, experts) en les intégrant dans votre approche commerciale.
  • Vous bâtissez vos propositions en vous appuyant sur les technologies de nos partenaires majeurs.
  • Vous savez vous adapter au contexte client en proposant les offres en adéquation avec les missions de l'entreprise dans le respect des processus de validation internes.
  • Membre actif dans une équipe moderne et dynamique, vous aurez de l'autonomie pour travailler efficacement dans une approche basée sur le résultat.
  • Vous effectuez au quotidien une veille technologique sur toutes les nouveautés en lien avec le business.
  • Vous participez activement à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers portés par l'équipe.

Votre profil :

  • De formation Bac+5 (Ecole d'ingénieur ou équivalent).
  • Vous possédez une ou plusieurs expériences dans la vente, l'avant-vente ou le bid-management de solutions complexes dans le domaine de Workplace.
  • Votre connaissance approfondie des écosystèmes techniques et votre appétence pour la vente de solutions complexes vous ont permis d'avoir plusieurs expériences réussies dans ces domaines.
  • Réelle capacité à adresser les clients à différents niveaux et porter un discours stratégique / technologique (mais non technique).
  • Capacité de production d'offre commerciales de qualité (rédactionnel et financier).
  • Force de proposition, d'initiative et capacité de motivation.
  • Idéalement, vous possédez des certifications Sales ou PreSales des partenaires Computacenter.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
