We have 320 employees strategically located near our clients, working on major projects in the aerospace, nuclear energy, and defense sectors. Our company has a factory and a research and development center in France.

We are a key player in the development of innovative solutions, and we have continuously expanded our activities and expertise in these fields by providing reliable and recognized services to our clients.

Our Mission

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Mérignac (33). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our commercial activity in the Bordeaux region.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of clients in the region
  • Creating and implementing commercial plans to achieve business growth
  • Optimizing margins and profitability
  • Identifying key decision-makers (operational, purchasing, and service directors)
  • Preparing responses to tenders
  • Building and managing a team of consultants by recruiting and managing talented engineers and technicians
  • Monitoring the market and competition (market research, benchmarking)
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders (offices, administration, HR)
  • Reporting on commercial activity and updating the CRM

Punctual travel may be required.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate in training (BAC+2 to BAC+5) with a commercial background. The ideal candidate will have a first experience (including internships) and strong analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to the needs of the company.

This is a trainee position that will start as soon as possible in Mérignac (33). The salary will be in accordance with the applicable legal rate.
