Regeneron is looking for a seasoned Director of Respiratory Sales to lead the sales team in the Paris Region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
  4. Provide input into regional and local account plans.
  5. Ensure sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.

Requirements:

  1. Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry.
  2. Demonstrable account management experience with proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Fluency in French and strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to manage and coach a sales team to deliver commercial goals.
  5. Commitment to working in collaboration and developing excellent partnerships internally and externally.
