Regional Sales Manager South Respiratory - A Key Role in Regeneron's Growth Strategy

Regeneron is entering a new chapter in its growth phase, and we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager South Respiratory to lead our sales team within a specific geographical region. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging your expertise in pharmaceutical sales and account management.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key HCPs, expanding Regeneron's reputation and influence in the market.
  3. Provide input into Regional and Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team member.
  4. Ensure sales targets and goals are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
  5. Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry's Code of Practice and Regeneron SOPs.

Requirements:

  1. Several years of relevant professional pharmaceutical sales experience within the Life Sciences industry, with demonstrable account management experience and proven commercial sales success.
  2. Fluency in French, with any additional language skills an advantage.
  3. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance, economics, market research, statistics, or the social, biological, or physical sciences.
  4. Passion for Team Management, with a strong ability to manage & coach the sales team, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Commitment to work in collaboration and develop excellent partnerships internally & externally.
