KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary and secondary responsibilities, including objectives and expected outcomes)
    • Contribute to the formulation of the holding company's compensation strategy through comprehensive internal and external compensation analyses.
    • Organize and ensure the integrity of bonus and salary increase procedures.
    • Conduct compensation-related evaluations: assessing compensation against performance and potential, as well as variable compensation.
    • Develop and oversee the payroll budget for the holding and collaborate with the controlling and accounting teams.
    • Administer the holding company's employee benefits (health, insurance, retirement, profit-sharing) and recommend appropriate modifications.
    • Define and prepare HR reporting for the holding company.
    • Engage in compliance activities: social balance sheet, BDES, NAO, social report, gender equality initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the international HR community and take part in group HR initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and decision-making support to management on collective and individual matters, while managing regulatory compliance.
    • Oversee expatriates from the holding, as well as local employees providing services to the holding.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

(Expertise, interpersonal skills, and competencies)
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international context, particularly with IT and support profiles.
    • Pragmatic approach with exceptional analytical capabilities, self-sufficient, inquisitive, organized, meticulous, and proactive.
    • Strong service orientation towards internal clients, knowledge of project management, ability to maintain confidentiality, effective stress management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Comprehensive understanding of human resources—versatility is key.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including TBC and formulas).
    • Familiarity with macros is an advantage.
    • Fluency in English is essential.
