Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Managing payroll and benefits administration, including social security declarations and expatriate management
- Providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management and the HR community
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR processes and systems
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will require:
- 10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, including payroll and benefits administration
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of customer service and attention to detail
