Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our luxury resorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Club Med brand with our clients and teams, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and control the cleaning of rooms and public areas, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Guarantee the application of Club Med standards of quality, and apply hygiene and safety rules to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
- Draft and implement the planning and organization of your team's duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the supply and stock of small hotel equipment and the housekeeping budget, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively.
- Manage a team (internal or external) and identify their needs for training and development, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and competence.
Requirements
- Professional and responsible individual with a strong sense of service and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar position and in team management, with a proven track record of success.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Diploma in hotel industry.
Contract Type
Temporary contract with a seasonal contract option, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including accommodation and meals provided by Club Med.
