Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and addressing their service needs.
- Process all guest check-ins, payments, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Support the Front Office team in resolving guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Requirements
- A successful Supervisor should have some experience or understanding of Luxury-Lifestyle.
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented.
- A Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Enjoy elevating the status quo and finding new ways to create memorable experiences.
- Oasys/Opera and other hotel operations systems is a plus.
