Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager Senior to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a Category Manager Senior, you will be responsible for building and deploying our commercial strategy to maximize market share in the assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category growth strategies in collaboration with the KAM and Category Management team.
- Act as a category partner with clients to build a shared vision of the category strategy and drive growth together.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure optimal execution of business plans.
- Identify risks and opportunities with clients, monitor competitor actions, and recommend/ implement action plans to ensure performance.
- Manage and train a Category Manager.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Category Management or Sales role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results in a complex environment.
