This role involves working with customers to understand their transportation risk management needs and providing tailored solutions to mitigate those risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships
- Conduct thorough analysis of customers' transportation risk profiles to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. sales, marketing, logistics)
- 3+ years of sales experience in the transportation industry
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supply chain or insurance industry knowledge
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to travel within the country
