Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Training Specialist to join our team at Balenciaga. As a key member of our training and development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our retail staff across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail staff
  • Collaborate with our training manager and business managers to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions
  • Deliver training programs to our retail staff, ensuring that they are engaging, interactive, and meet the needs of our business
  • Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of our training programs
  • Monitor and measure training KPIs to ensure that our training programs are meeting their intended objectives
  • Provide coaching and support to our retail staff to help them apply their new skills and knowledge in the workplace

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in the luxury retail or hospitality industry
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective training solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Fluency in French and English, with Italian a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
