En tant qu'Agile Project Facilitator, vous serez responsable de :

  • Maintenir l'harmonie au sein de l'équipe et encourager un environnement de travail collaboratif et efficace.
  • Identifier et supprimer les obstacles qui freinent l'équipe dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs.
  • Faciliter la communication entre les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes externes.
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre et le respect des pratiques et valeurs Agile au sein de l'équipe.

En tant que Développeur, vous aurez pour mission de :

  • Participer à toutes les phases du cycle de développement logiciel : conception, développement et maintenance.
  • Garantir la qualité du code à travers des revues de code et des tests unitaires.
  • Mettre en œuvre des pratiques de codage sécurisé pour protéger les applications contre les vulnérabilités courantes.
  • Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes techniques et à l'optimisation des performances des applications.
  • Suivre et corriger les bugs signalés pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal des applications.

Profil requis

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technologique comprenant :

  • Framework PHP
  • Javascript (VueJS, NextJS, NodeJS...)
  • Drupal
  • API REST / JSON
  • Git, BitBucket, Confluence

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) passionné(e) par l'innovation, capable de motiver les équipes grâce à son leadership.
Communicatif(ve) et pédagogue, vous avez le sens du service et une soif constante d'apprendre de nouvelles compétences.

Diplôme : Bac +5 ou Master

Expérience significative en tant qu'Agile Project Facilitator.
