Employer Branding Strategy

As a key member of the Global Talent & Culture department, you will design and implement targeted Employer Branding Campaigns for Accor's different audiences, including operations, corporate, and students. You will collaborate closely with Marketing teams to ensure the global Group Employer Brand platform is cascaded to our top priority brands, with a focus on personalizing key moments of truth in the Candidate Journey.

You will advise regions, brands, and corporate departments to develop local recruitment communications campaigns based on our Group EVP, and develop Employee Advocacy mechanisms to empower colleagues to share their experiences working at Accor.

You will lead the E-Reputation monitoring process across global platforms, including Indeed and Glassdoor, and deliver guidelines to our regions.

Employer Branding Communications

You will work closely with HR departments to drive awareness and adoption of HR programs through internal communication campaigns.

You will be responsible for the brand content strategy, ensuring high-quality recruitment communications materials, including video and photo shoots, recruitment material production, and more.

Recruitment Experience & Performance

You will support the Digital team in the rollout of our new ATS across all regions, as well as the implementation of assessment solutions to ensure optimal applicant qualification.

You will enhance the user experience and optimize the performance of our new Careers website, engaging and leading a community of champions across regions to ensure an outstanding experience for all users.

You will collaborate with regions and departments to identify and develop processes to constantly improve our job offer attractiveness, and provide monthly reporting on our main recruitment KPIs.
