We are currently in search of a skilled and driven Retail Operations Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff, ensuring outstanding customer service, and overseeing daily store operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for retail staff, promoting diversity and maintaining a high caliber of talent within the team.
  • Supervise retail operations, including cash management, to guarantee efficient and precise transactions alongside superior customer service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the local community, representing our organization in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Conduct interviews, facilitate training programs, and collaborate with other managers to ensure effective onboarding and professional development of staff.
  • Monitor and assess staff performance, implementing improvement plans as necessary to support their growth.
  • Analyze employee turnover rates and work with department heads to devise strategies for retention and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff, address customer concerns, manage community engagement initiatives, and coordinate local events.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in customer service, establishing benchmarks for top-tier service throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Department, including sales, profitability, safety, merchandising, payroll, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and a self-starter with a proven record of success.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across various functions.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage several responsibilities concurrently.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, inspiring teams to meet objectives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of customer service aptitude, with a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to ensure operational efficiency.
