Job Overview
As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the digital engagement initiatives that enhance our sales team's effectiveness and streamline content management processes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Content Oversight: Develop and sustain the structure and design of our digital platforms, ensuring the timely creation and updating of relevant marketing materials. Act as a liaison between the sales team and content creators, facilitating the flow of necessary resources.
- Page Development: Design and implement visually engaging landing pages tailored to specific topics or audiences to support sales efforts.
- User Administration: Manage user licenses and invoicing, analyze usage reports, and prepare for fluctuations in team size. Onboard and offboard users while providing training on the enablement platform.
- Gamification Initiatives: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify themes for gamification campaigns, develop engaging challenges, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Performance Measurement: Assess the utilization of sales enablement tools, analyze their impact on team performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance strategies. Generate reports on key performance indicators related to content engagement and gamification outcomes.
- Internal Communication: Keep the sales team informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and the latest content updates.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree in Sales or Tourism.
- Skills: Proficient in internal communication, knowledgeable about B2B sales segments, and capable of understanding both internal and external environments.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities and capacity to work under pressure.

Experience:
