As a Reservations Agent, you play a crucial role in initiating an outstanding guest journey. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests feel welcomed and to set the tone for the exceptional experience they will enjoy upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
- Maximize revenue through effective up-selling and ensuring the best options for guests
- Provide recommendations on property amenities and assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- Manage room reservation requests, maintain accurate rooming lists, and update information in the system

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A guest-focused personality is vital
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with Opera or related reservation systems is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Additional Information:
- Experience in hospitality is an asset.
