The primary role of this position is to lead successful OEM global programs with groundbreaking complex NXP System Solutions through technical support and coordination of internal resources to address the needs of the customer.
This position requires a strong understanding of NXP Automotive System Solutions, customer expectations, and the ability to minimize issues during the launch of a new product into key programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Drive successful customer ramps on NXP Automotive System Solutions through technical support and coordination of internal resources.
- Communicate customer requirements to cross-functional teams at NXP.
- Support customers to help them use NXP products to achieve their system-level goals.
- Track and ensure execution of plans, and clearly communicate any changes to both the customer and internal teams, driving corrective action where needed.
- Develop knowledge on NXP Automotive System Solutions, understanding customer expectations to minimize issues during the launch of a new product into key programs.
- Establish strong customer relationships and drive interactions with regular review and on-site visits.
- Drive resolution of customer issues ensuring that corrective actions are defined and rolled out.
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- In-depth experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development.
- Knowledge of embedded processors and their applications.
- Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- A collaborative, team player with the ability to develop strong and effective working relationships across the company.
- The capability to communicate complex technical customer issues and feedback internally.
- Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow-through.
- Demonstrates a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to challenge decisions and approach issues with creative solutions.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
