About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Wallester. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Utilize previous experience in client account or relationship management to drive growth and success
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from technical personnel to management
  • Fluently speak, read, and write in English and Italian, with knowledge of additional languages a plus
