Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing agreements with our clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will enable you to serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from technical personnel to management
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with knowledge of other languages a plus
