CloudHQ Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

CloudHQ is seeking a highly skilled Audit and Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining our information security management program, including ISO 27001:2022 certification, SOC 1, SOC 2, CMMC, and PCI compliance.
- Lead and manage audit and compliance requirements at each site location, working closely with our Director of Audit and Compliance.
- Develop and administer training and awareness programs for all site personnel.
- Participate in obtaining and maintaining required certifications and attestations, ensuring compliance with relevant programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for audits and regularly report to the ISO Steering Committee.
- Create and maintain information security policies and procedures.
- Assist in selecting and implementing new information security technologies.
- Develop and provide information security awareness training to organization personnel.
- Oversee information security audits, whether performed by our organization or third-party personnel.
- Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively.
- Perform internal gap assessments.
- Assist resource owners and staff in understanding and responding to security audit failures.
- Manage policies and procedures to meet ISO, SOC 1, SOC 2, CMMC, and PCI standards.
- Review internal and external audits and work with process owners to remediate non-conformities.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI compliance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in cybersecurity, audit, and compliance or risk management.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail. They will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong sense of urgency to accomplish tasks on or ahead of schedule.
