We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at AT INTERNET. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account management plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze client performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the AdTech, Analytics MarTech, SaaS, or media buying/ selling industries.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
