EU Seller Success Lead

As a Senior Lead Seller Success EU, you will be responsible for driving the success of our sellers in the European market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of Seller Success Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Seller Management: Develop and maintain relationships with large European sellers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Innovation & Vision: Develop and execute new seller programs to drive growth, engagement, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Sales team manager with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios on an international scale.
  • Data mindset with strong analytical skills and proficient use of database tools (SQL is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce industry and deep understanding of the marketplace business model.
  • Fluent English speaker, with any European language a plus.
