About the Role:

As a Sales Account Manager Intern at Back Market, you will play a crucial part in the Seller Success team, focusing on the French sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of French seller accounts, providing them with guidance, solutions, and insights to offer the best products quality and price-wise to customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a restricted portfolio of French seller accounts, supporting and developing their accounts, and providing them with advice and solutions on how to offer the best qualitative and quantitative products to customers.
  • Working alongside the FR Key Account Manager: Provide key insights to help sellers handle their business on our platform, drawing key insights from raw data and the current situation.
  • Managing Projects: Identify sellers' needs and ways to resolve them, and manage several projects at a time, prioritizing new processes and tools for sellers.
  • Partnering with Internal Teams: Work with various stakeholders across diverse teams, managing realistic roadmaps and timelines, finding the right contact persons, sharing workload, and taking initiatives.
  • Creating Action Plans: Follow up on the impact and design tailored action plans and next steps to constantly improve projects and seek efficiency, building effective monitoring methods and taking a step back when necessary.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in French and English, with a proactive and positive attitude, representing our team and the Back Market brand when interfacing with corporate accounts on our marketplace. You should be a fantastic team player, with a strong interest in the online and e-commerce environment, and a commercial spirit. Ideally, you have a previous experience in sales, consulting, or project management, and are familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding, change-oriented environment. You should also have an analytical mind, strong use of insights, and confidence in data-driven decision-making, as well as experience with Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Gsheet, to manipulate data.

About the Internship:

This internship will start in January 2025 and last for 6 months. You must have an internship agreement provided by your school. The location of the internship will be in Bordeaux, France.
