Senior Lead Seller Success EU

Back Market is a pioneering force in the refurbished electronics marketplace, with a global presence and a team of 650 passionate individuals. Our mission is to empower sustainable consumption by offering high-quality, accessible, and eco-friendly alternatives to buying new electronics. By doing so, we contribute to reducing electronic waste and fighting against planned obsolescence.

Your Mission
  • Team Management:
    • Lead a team of 4 Seller Success Managers, focusing on EU markets.
    • Cultivate a high-performance culture, ensuring team goals align with Back Market's ambitions.
    • Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team success and growth.
  • Sellers Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of large European sellers, building strong, long-term relationships.
    • Develop sellers' sales on Back Market and improve their quality performance.
    • Identify and implement new business opportunities with sellers, enhancing product offerings and exploring new market segments.
  • Innovation & Vision:
    • Shape the vision for your team in alignment with Back Market's global mission.
    • Ideate, formalize, and execute new seller programs to ensure steady growth, high levels of engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.
    • Create strategic plans to capture market share, taking into account customer needs and industry trends.
You Are the Right Fit If:
  • You have at least 8 years of experience as a Sales team manager, with a proven track record of managing a complex portfolio on an international scale.
  • You possess a data mindset, with strong analytical skills and proficient use of database tools (SQL is a plus).
  • You have a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and the marketplace business model.
  • You speak English fluently, with any European language being a plus (German, Spanish, French).
