As a Proposal Manager at Scalian, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our IT division. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and orchestrating the IT pre-sales team across the region,
  • Establishing priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeing workloads,
  • Managing intricate proposals: outlining response criteria, coordinating contributors, and collaborating with the sales force,
  • Identifying and mentoring new pre-sales team members.

Moreover, you will engage in:

  • Assisting sales teams and key account executives during high-stakes meetings,
  • Participating in pre-sales initiatives for strategic opportunities within the organization,
  • Representing Scalian's IT solutions both directly and through pre-sales avenues.

In terms of bid responses, your duties will include:

  • Structuring bid response efforts to enhance our submissions,
  • Contributing as a writer on pivotal bids,
  • Elevating the quality of our responses.

  • Project management expertise and comprehensive knowledge of bid processes,
  • Ability to swiftly understand client requirements and create business opportunities,
  • Strong organizational capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple proposals effectively,
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills,
  • Analytical mindset and assertiveness.
