Job Title: Key Account Manager

Talents Commerciaux is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 clients, including members of the CAC 40 and/or top 500 companies worldwide.
  • Renew and develop existing contracts through sales of additional services.
  • Extend product solutions within the client portfolio by generating proposals, tariffs, and contract negotiations.
  • Counsel and educate clients on our services, integrating our company into their policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven sales experience with complex services.
  • Strong resilience, listening skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client demands while being able to prioritize and manage urgent tasks.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch or basic knowledge is a plus.
