Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Lead to join our Global Hub Data Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for defining and propagating best practices related to the use of the Power BI solution. You will actively contribute to global Use Case and global dashboards by delivering and/or leading data visualization experts to build and manage official global Dashboards (Finance, Operation, Business, Payments...).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and challenge business needs for Global Use Case related to Business intelligence
  • Administer the Power BI Premium instance: access policy, setup, monitoring, gateway connections setup
  • Document best practices (import mode, direct query, DAX...) and train teams worldwide
  • Build and deploy Global Reports with or without dedicated global data visualization experts
  • Co-define with the CDO the Self-Service BI strategy according to technical capabilities and security requirements under a governed and efficient model
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence or equivalent
  • Experience in working in a complex matrix organization with transversal management
  • At least 2 years working in a Business Intelligence leading position
  • 3-5 years' experience with Power BI Solution (administration role experience and knowledge is mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
