About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in France and Southern Europe, focusing on the SMB and Mid-Market segments. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of account executives, and developing strategies to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in France and Southern Europe.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the SMB and Mid-Market segments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to account executives to help them achieve their sales targets.
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
  • Experience managing a team of account executives, with a focus on sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of account executives.
