Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team in Saint Pierre du Mont. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical professionals in the execution of industrial electrical projects, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the building site, including familiarization with the site, scheduling and coordinating works, and identifying necessary resources.
- Manage the building site, including passing on guidelines to personnel, organizing procurement, and ensuring compliance with QHSE procedures.
- Lead a team of electrical professionals, including welcoming newcomers, managing team skills, and conducting individual and professional appraisal interviews.
- Ensure the provision of PPE on the building site and follow up on the schedule, including lead times and worktime budget.
- Verify the compliance of the construction execution with the construction documents and establish and/or validate administrative files.
Requirements
- Occupational diploma in Electrotechnique or related field.
- Experience in a similar role or related field, with knowledge of electrical engineering in the industrial and tertiary sectors.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and motivated, with good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
