As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 60 to 80 customers, driving our future growth by building relationships with prospects and clients, and delivering the best customer experience possible.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Portfolio Management
- Grow existing customers' portfolio by generating cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities
- Present new features, products, and services to customers
- Anticipate renewals with potential upsell
- Lead complex negotiations with multiple key stakeholders, including clients and HR & Media agencies
- Drive new business through inbound and outbound to build a strong pipeline and close complex deals
- Work together with HR & Media agencies to maximize sales strategy and closing opportunities
- Lead cross-team projects to positively impact the department and WTTJ business
- Onboard, mentor, and support team members' performance
- 6 to 8 years of experience in key account management and business development
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including HR and Media agencies
- Result and data-oriented
- Organized, rigorous, and responsive
