Job Description

As a key player in the company's growth and development, this role will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and effectively mitigating associated risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project management by providing guidance, tools, and processes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
  • Champion project profitability and explore cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure adequate skill sets are assigned to projects.
  • Produce regular reports on project progress, risks, and opportunities, maintaining a project dashboard and contributing to regular reporting to management.
  • Foster communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Assist with financial project tracking (budgets, costs, margins).
  • Provide training to project teams on project management tools and processes.
  • Ensure operational follow-up on certain technical projects as needed.
  • Manage quality management, including quality reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts (client, supplier, and partner terms) in collaboration with the group's legal department.
  • Monitor contract execution and manage contractual risks, disputes.
  • Consolidate the IT contract portfolio at the group level and propose optimization opportunities.
  • Continuously improve processes for contract management, budget tracking, project methodologies, and project management tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Prince2, or PMP methodologies (certification appreciated).
  • Ability to analyze and manage risks.
  • Contract management skills.
  • Language skills: fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Travel within France and occasionally abroad may be required based on business needs.
