Job Description and Responsibilities

Professional Continuing Education - Accounting Teamwork

5-Month Interim Position - Full-Time

Our client's training team is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant (H/F) for a 5-month interim position. The ideal candidate must be meticulous, autonomous, and organized to join this dynamic team.

  • Analyze and reconcile customer accounts
  • Identify overdue invoices, update the balance, and follow up with clients
  • Generate credit notes
  • Enter accounting entries
  • Complete administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and correspondence
Required Profile

To be immediately operational, you should have a degree in accounting (BTS) and at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel + potentially SAGE 1000) is essential for autonomy in the role. Teamwork skills are crucial due to collaborative work requirements.

Additional Information

5-Month Interim Position

Full-Time - 35 Hours/Week

€30-35k Annually + 10% ICP + 10% End of Mission Bonus
