Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to assist our clients with the current and future deployment of tools at their locations.We welcome applications from recent graduates who exhibit strong practical skills and a commitment to excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Selected candidates will undergo formal training at one of our prestigious training facilities. Regular domestic and international travel will be necessary. Manage customer service tasks related to the updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of sophisticated capital equipment at client sites. Act as the representative of our organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the operational integrity of system equipment. Collaborate with clients to reduce downtime effectively. Assist Installation Engineers in resolving technical issues.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A certified engineer or a degree from a technical institution, or approximately three years of relevant industry experience. Military technical training may also be considered. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electro-optical systems to address on-site client challenges. Experience with electronic systems in sectors such as semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. A proven history of empathetic engagement with clients, ensuring a positive experience while fostering a collaborative atmosphere to meet their needs. A hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning. Proactive communication skills that enhance collaboration and effectively address client requirements. Fluency in English and French is essential. A valid driver's license is required.BENEFITS:
