Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and manage the company's budget and forecasting processes
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial leadership
  • CPA certification and Big 4 experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, including ERP systems and financial reporting software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • MBA or CPA certification a plus
