Job Title: Strategic Customer Engagements Deal Lead

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Engagements Deal Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals.

Key responsibilities include leading negotiations and customer closure, developing and shaping the overall deal strategy and structure, contributing to developing AWS's value proposition and solutions, driving revenue growth and cloud adoption, and closely collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in a sales environment, working with teams on structuring strategic, complex opportunities, and/or customer-facing in a solution-oriented capacity. They will have demonstrated success in leading large, strategic, complex deals from opportunity to closure, and experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, and legal.

The Strategic Customer Engagements Deal Lead will be responsible for articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, and will have strong analytical and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in French is highly preferred.
