We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships through regular sales follow-up and technical support.
- Seek out new business opportunities and pass on relevant information to our factories and technical experts.
- Develop a forward-looking approach to win new accounts and expand our customer base.
- Organize visits to the area and make appointments independently.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers to meet their specific needs.
- Monitor business throughout the sales cycle, including costing, invoicing, receipts, order tracking, and payment tracking.
- Ensure smooth commissioning and manage customer relations throughout the technical phase.
- Report regularly to your manager and participate in promotional and marketing operations.
Requirements:
Dual training in technical and commercial fields is required. Knowledge of the plastics industry, particularly extrusion, granulation, and filtration, is essential. At least 5 years of successful experience in sales or a related field is necessary. Self-starter, team player, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
