Vous rejoignez nos équipes conviviales de Bagneux, pour épauler et conseiller les équipes Projets de nos clients dans le cadre de conduite de projets de notre client Transilien.
L'objectif principal du poste consiste à rédiger et suivre l'application du contrat tout au long du projet, par la mise en œuvre et la coordination de moyens et processus nécessaires à la réalisation des prestations et à la maîtrise des risques encourus.
Responsabilités- Gestion du contrat : gérer les documents composant le contrat dans tout son cycle de vie
- Pilotage de la relation avec les autres parties (en particulier les entreprises de travaux, Bureaux d'études, Prestataires, acheteurs...)
- Gestion des résultats des marchés, en termes de coûts, de performance, de qualité et de délais
- Conseiller d'un point de vue contractuel la maitrise d'ouvrage
- Rédiger des documents contractuels aussi bien internes qu'externes
- Donner un avis sur les documents de toute nature en lien avec les projets
- Préparer tout document utile à la bonne traçabilité des conditions contractuelles des marchés en parfaite application du CCCG travaux
- Analyser les demandes spécifiques des titulaires des marchés (prix nouveaux, dérogations, etc.)
- Assister à la motivation et la rédaction d'avenants (avis sur documents)
- Participer aux négociations
- Anticiper toute alerte à formuler à la MOA et toute proposition d'action (sur la base du suivi des délais contractuels imposés par le CCGTx dans l'exécution des marchés)
- Issu(e) d'un Bac+5 en droit des affaires (avec appétence technique), ou Ingénierie Travaux Publics (avec appétence contractuelle juriste)
- Expérience de 2 ans dans le domaine du Contract Management y compris en alternance, idéalement sur des projets ferroviaires
- Capacité à identifier les risques (contractuels, financiers) et proposer des mesures de couverture tout en respectant le contrat et la règlementation en vigueur
- Connaissance de la gestion contractuelle de marchés publics, et d'infrastructures Génie Civil
- Organisation et rigueur, bonnes qualités d'analyse, de négociation et capacité à travailler en équipe en respectant les délais de restitution des données
- Maitrise impérative du Pack Office
- Rejoindre des équipes dynamiques, chaleureuses, et soudées
- Management de proximité avec un Responsable proche de ses équipes et à l'écoute
- Rejoindre un groupe en pleine expansion : 4 500 collaborateurs il y a 15 ans, aujourd'hui nous sommes plus de 14 000
- Un premier échange avec Joel, chargé de recrutement, pour définir vos souhaits professionnels et valider l'adéquation avec le poste proposé
- Puis un second entretien physique afin de rencontrer Laurent pour vous préciser les enjeux de l'équipe, les contours du poste et découvrir nos locaux
