MissionYour future missions:
You will join our Bagneux teams to support and advise our Project Teams' clients in the context of project management for our client Transilien.
The main objective of the position is to draft and follow up on the contract throughout the project, by implementing and coordinating the necessary means and processes to achieve the services and master the risks incurred.
Prior to the project's realization, in realization or closure phases, respond to performance challenges by relying on the following pillars:
- The contract management: manage the contract documents throughout their life cycle
- The management of the relationship with other parties (in particular with construction companies, engineering offices, service providers, buyers...)
- The management of market results, in terms of costs, performance, quality, and deadlines
- Advise the client from a contractual point of view
- Draft internal and external contractual documents
- Provide an opinion on documents of all kinds related to projects
- Prepare all necessary documents for the proper tracking of contractual conditions of markets in perfect application of the CCCG works
- Analyze specific requests from market holders (new prices, derogations, etc.)
- Assist in the motivation and drafting of amendments (opinion on documents)
- Participate in negotiations
- Anticipate any alerts to be formulated to the MOA and any proposal for action (based on the follow-up of contractual deadlines imposed by the CCGTx in the execution of markets)
You are:
A graduate in business law (with a technical inclination) or engineering public works (with a contractually inclined inclination), with 2 years of experience in contract management, including in alternation, ideally on railway projects.
You know how to identify risks (contractual, financial) and propose measures to cover them while respecting the contract and current regulations, and you are familiar with contract management of public markets and civil engineering infrastructure.
You are organized and rigorous, with good analytical, negotiation, and teamwork skills, and you are able to work in a team while respecting deadlines for data restitution?
You master Office software.
