About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead our Data Platform squad within the Platform division. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, cultivating a collaborative environment, and driving delivery and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 10 engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with product groups and other tribes to align the team with company objectives and initiatives
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with the product group to ensure alignment and effective delivery
  • Identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering and architecture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and drive delivery
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and data platforms
