Project Management Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at Ortec Engineering. As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors, including energy, mining, and construction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion and within budget.
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
