Project Management Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team at Ortec Engineering. As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various industries, including energy, mining, and manufacturing.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain project reports, including project status updates, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project deliverables are met.
Provide project management support to project managers, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI.
