About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our French and Belgian online store. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and email inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
